The youngest member of the musical trio the Jonas Brothers, Nick Jonas, reveals that although his music career has taken off he has aspirations to one day be president of the United States.

According to Reuters, the 16-year-old told an audience Monday at the National Press Club in Washington DC that he has "always dreamed of becoming president one day."

"As much as I joke about it and kind of say it to get a laugh, it is somewhat serious," Nick tells Reuters. "I don't know if it will happen."

Nick was in the nation's capital to raise awareness about type 1 diabetes, the music star has been very outspoken about his own experience with the disease since being diagnosed in 2005.
