Cisco Adler is the "musician" with the pendulous balls (there's pictures) who used to go out with Mischa Barton. He's in some footage on the Intranets wherein he talks about his gift for seducing the ladies. He probably teabags them into unconsciousness with those grotesque, dangly balls of his and spirits them away in his weedmobile.

The video is a promo, because someone gave this dolt a show. It's called "Rock Life" and it premieres on VH-1 on Aug. 6. Please keep in mind that his "band", Whitestarr, has never actually sold a record despite all those "dope" songs.
