TMZ is reporting that Tom Sizemore known for his roles of soldiers in war films such Saving Private Ryan, and Black Hawk Down has been charged with one count of spousal battery over an allegedly violent incident with his girlfriend earlier this month. On August 5, 2009, Tom was arrested in downtown Los Angeles on a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. Tom was released the morning of August 6, 2009 on $20,000 bail.
If Tom is found guilty of the misdemeanor charge, he could do up to a year in jail and face a maximum $2,000 fine.
