Parker Posey, 40, was set to star in “This,” an Off-Broadway comedy, but the actress was forced to withdraw “due to a developing case of Lyme Disease.”
I have no idea how Posey got this horrible disease, but we wish her the best. For those of you who are not familiar with the disease, Lyme Disease is usually contracted by a tick bite and is highly treatable with antibiotics. However, if it’s not taken care of in a timely manner, it could lead to heart, brain, and nerve damage.
We hope Parker Posey gets well soon!
