One thing she does make perfectly clearn is she is not replacing Lauren Conrad, who has left "The Hills."
"I am not worried about being compared to Lauren because we are two completly different people," Kristin says. "When we see each other, we say hello. I don't have her number. I don't call her to go to lunch, but when we see each other, we are friendly."
"The Hills" premieres Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 10 p.m. on MTV.
