Nicole Richie Attends DJ AM Memorial

After yesterday's funeral for Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein a private memorial was held Thursday afternoon at the Hollywood Palladium. Goldstein's former fiancée Nicole Richie, was among the hundreds of guests who gathered to remember the celebrity deejay.

Lindsay Lohan, Samantha Ronson, Eric Dane, Rebecca Gayheart, Haley Wood, as well as fans and other invited guests attended Thursday's memorial service, People reports.

According to People, Goldstein's ex-girlfriend Haley Wood spoke to the crowd during the service.

"He was my soul mate and now he is my soul," Wood said. "He is my amazing grace."

Goldstein was found dead last Friday in his New York City apartment. He was 36.
