"Our relationship will never be fixed," the reality star tells Chris Cuomo on "Good Morning America," in an interview that will air in its entirety on September 8. "I don't trust her anymore. I was abused ... I was beaten down ... I'm not going back to that lifestyle."
Jon and Kate announced their separation earlier this year on their TLC reality show. "I got married at 22. I had twins at 23. I had sextuplets at 27. Bye-bye, twenties," the 32-year-old dad tells "GMA."
He explains why he chose to marry his now estranged wife, "When I met Kate, I was 20 and she was 22. I thought she would never go out with me again because of the age difference. ... In the beginning, I never dated a girl with a path. ... She's very scheduled, very organized, career driven."
Jon continues, "She's a beautiful girl, which when you're 20 that's kind of all you think about."
In the interview, Gosselin also reveals his feelings for rumored love interest Hailey Glassman and Kate's relationship with her bodyguard, Steve Neild. Click HERE for more snippets from this interview.
