Nicole Richie Welcomes Baby No. 2!

"The Insider" has confirmed that Nicole Richie has given birth to her second child.

Nicole and boyfriend Joel Madden welcomed a son named Sparrow James Midnight Madden early Wednesday morning.

Baby Sparrow weighed in at seven pounds, fourteen ounces.

A rep for Nicole tells "The Insider," "Nicole, Joel, Harlow and Sparrow are all doing well. Thank you for all of your good wishes."

Nicole and Joel are also parents to daughter Harlow, who was born in January 2008.

  • I know people can do whatever they want to do but why do celebrities name their children really weird names? Why can't you give your child a name that is different and unique with a quality meaning without it being "out there"
