But the gatherings have only served to fuel speculation the concert is still without any high profile acts, just weeks before it is due to take place in Vienna. The show's producer Georg Kindel, says, "The star is Michael Jackson, it's not about name-dropping and who else will be there. It seems that there is a lot of confusion regarding the confirmed talent for the tribute - we are rechecking and confirming each artist personally." Jermaine adds, "It bothers me a great deal to have the type of negative wave that is coming from the States. This tribute is not about name-dropping, it's about honouring someone who gave his all to the world." The line-up so far includes a string of low-profile artists including Sister Sledge and boyband US5. Another press conference has been announced for next week (beg14Sep09), which is expected to shed more light on the concert.
