Audrina Patridge gets restraining order

The Associated Press
LOS ANGELES (AP) — A Los Angeles court has granted Audrina Patridge a temporary restraining order from a man recently arrested outside the actress' home.

Court records show a judge granted protection to Patridge, one of the stars of the MTV series "The Hills," on Thursday.

Her petition states she is in "great fear" of Zachary Loring, who first came to her home on Aug. 26. The filings state Loring continued to come to Patridge's home for the next several days and he was arrested on Aug. 30.

He has since been released. Jail records do not indicate if he has an attorney and a phone number could not be immediately located.

Patridge also appears in the horror film "Soriority Row," which opens in theaters on Friday.

The filing was first reported by celebrity Web site TMZ.
