The feud was a result of Clive’s unhappiness with Kelly’s desire to record tracks she had written herself. Can you imagine that? A pop star writing her own songs? The creative differences between the two caused their relationship to sour and Kelly publicly made her displeasure with Clive known.
Has Kelly done the right thing as a musician, fighting for her creativity? Or as an American Idol winner should she not have bitten the hand that feeds her?
