Super Bowl Ad Just Phase One Of Kevin Federline's Plan To Conquer Our Hearts
It didn't take Kevin Federline long to settle into his life's true calling as a career self-parodist, with his Nationwide commercial set to air during this Sunday's Superbowl. For those of you who can't wait, the ad is streaming at the insurance company's website, where you just might find K-Fed's rodent grin peaking out from under a snappy fedora while you unsuccessfully attempt to navigate your way to the page that might let you cash in on a deceased spouse's policy. As an added bonus, here's part of a Q&A sent to us from a flack assigned to the thankless task of stirring up as much K-Fed-related excitement as possible:

Your [sic] living proof that life does come at you fast! You had a very busy year. If you had to sum up your 2006 in one sentence, what would you say?

KF: When life comes at you fast, roll with the punches and move on.



It's the start of a new year. What should we look for from Kevin Federline in 2007?

KF: This Nationwide commercial is the first chance for the world to see the new Kevin Federline, who gets the importance of making good decisions and being better prepared for the future. I'm determined for the world to see a new and improved Kevin in 2007, so be on the lookout for upcoming big announcements in TV, film, fashion and music this year.



It looks as though Federline leaves this experience having learned some valuable life lessons--certainly more than so his last endorsement go-around, when the most inspirational sentiment he could come up with was, "Man, I feel good about the penny." Sadly, of all the "big announcements" we can anticipate in 2007, none involve the rescuing of his children, who are currently baby-leashed to an armrest watching Dora the Explorer in the back of a Hummerzine as their mom hits the town clutching a fistful of menthols, a can of diet Red Bull, a pocket-mirror, her clutch, and toy chihuahua.
