Elton John Says Ukranian Baby "Stole His Heart" Too cute! Elton John said that he met a Ukranian baby in an orphanage, and he's been bitten by the adoption bug! He said that when he met 14-month-old Lev at an orphanage for babies with HIV, or with parents with HIV, and the baby is a "scrumptious thing, bless his heart."
