Kanye West’s New Apology: ‘That Was Taylor’s Moment’

Kanye West took to his blog to apologize to Taylor Swift for a second time after ambushing her acceptance speech Sunday night at MTV's "2009 Video Music Awards."

"I feel like Ben Stiller in 'Meet the Parents' when he messed up everything and Robert De Niro asked him to leave," the rapper wrote. "That was Taylor's moment and I had no right in any way to take it from her. I am truly sorry."

At the awards ceremony, West took the mic from Swift declaring that it was Beyonce Knowles who deserved the moon man award. "Beyonce had one of the best videos of the year," he said. Swift, looking taken aback, left the stage following West's outburst.

The rapper apologized to the country singer the first time on his blog late Sunday night.
