Lindsay claims she was not chasing her assistant or her mom, but rather, they were both being chased by one or more “people.” There are no known paparazzi who have come forward to verify this, and there are no photos of the incident. Don’t you think if there were paparazzi behind her they would have taken tons of photos of Lindsay’s arrest? Yah…me too! Anyway, even if she was chased, it does not excuse her for driving while intoxicated and carrying narcotics.
And speaking of dirtbags…..Lindsay’s father has been ordered by the New York State Division of Parole, Central Long Island Bureau, to stay away from her and her lawyer.
The order was issued after Michael made “repeated, unreciprocated contacts” with Lindsay and Berk.
If a court orders a father to stay away from their daughter, that is pretty serious. He must truly be a piece of crap!
