The actress talks about her high school sweetheart and how they first got together when she was 15 years old. Fox tells Rolling Stone that after hearing from another student that 17-year-old Ben Leahy liked her, she started thinking, “He likes me, I win. Now I’m going to go talk to him and see what happens.”
Fox says she fell in love with Leahy and described him saying, “He was very sweet and wonderful, really tall and big with a perfect body, and he was a bad ass. I was totally drawn to him.” The two broke up shortly after attempting a long-distance relationship.
“I’ve always felt different and alien,” she tells the publication. Fox says she was raised in a very strict household and that led to "panic attacks that manifested themselves as violent, rageful temper tantrums."
Megan admits she still has a temper, saying, "I’ve destroyed the house. I go bat shit. I’ve had to say to [romantic interest] Brian [Austin Green], ‘You have to go and stop talking to me, because I’m going to kill you. I’m going to stab you with something. Please leave.’ I’d never own a gun for that reason. I wouldn’t shoot to kill. But I would shoot him in the leg, for sure.”
Megan's character in 'Jennifer's Body' has quite the mean streak. In the film, Jennifer (Fox) is overtaken by a demon and begins to eat her male high school classmates. The film -- which also stars "Big Love" actress Amanda Seyfried -- hits theaters September 18.
