Katherine Heigl and hubby Josh Kelley are officially first-time parents, says a new report.

The Associated Press reports that the couple has officially completed the adoption of a baby daughter from Korea.

A rep for the actress tells the AP the baby is a 10-month-old named Nancy Leigh, after her mother Nancy and sister Margaret Leigh. The rep adds that baby Nancy will go by the nickname "Naleigh."

Heigl, who has been married to Kelley since 2007, announced their baby news on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" earlier this month.
