According to TMZ, Nicole Richie will show up to court on Friday and plead guilty or no contest to DUI. Nicole is expected to receive the minimum jail sentence one can get for two DUI convictions. 5 days. That’s 5 days in jail for driving on the wrong side of the highway after smoking pot and taking some Vicodin. If the judge has any decency, he’d order Nicole to never get behind the wheel of a real car again. She’ll be limited to scooters and that mini-bike fat kids get laughed at on.
