The Edmonton native, 26, and the 19-year-old singer were snapped leaving a restaurant in Santa Monica, Calif. on Wednesday night after enjoying a romantic dinner at Il Ristorante di Giorgio Baldi and both of drove off together in Comrie’s vehicle.
Comrie made his NHL debut with the Oilers in 2000-01 and recently signed a one-year contract with New York Islanders.
Duff and Good Charlotte lead singer Joel Madden had a romantic rapport for two years, their love affair ended last November. After splitting, Madden quickly started dating Nicole Richie, who is now rumored to be expecting his child. Duff recently admitted she was hurt that Madden could move on so quickly.
