HTV: Karina Smirnoff & Aaron Carter 'Shake It'

HTV has a sweet tooth! "Dancing with the Stars" partners Karina Smirnoff and Aaron Carter "shake" things up at Millions of Milkshakes in West Hollywood.

The dancing duo greet fans outside -- then show off their moves behind the counter as they create signiture milkshakes to be sold at the store.
