Conan O'Brien Injured During 'Tonight Show' Stunt

"The Insider" can confirm that Conan O’Brien was injured while taping a stunt for “The Tonight Show” on Friday.

A rep for NBC tells us Conan hit his head doing a stunt. Fortunately, the late-night host was able to laugh about the incident afterward.

"Last thing I remember I was enjoying the play with Mrs. Lincoln, and the next thing I knew I was in bed being served cookies and juice," Conan joked.

A source tells us the 46-year-old funnyman was examined at a hospital. NBC didn't immediately comment on his condition.

As a result of the incident, Friday evening’s show wasn’t completed, and a “Tonight Show” re-run aired.
