The official cause of death for Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein has been released.

The New York City Medical Examiner tells ET that Goldstein died of "acute intoxication" due to the combined effects of cocaine, oxycodone, hydrocodone (Vicodin), Ativan, Klonopin, Xanax, Benadryl and Levamisole -- a drug that is used to cut cocaine.

The cause of death is listed as "accident (substance abuse)."

Goldstein was laid to rest earlier this month.
