Mel Gibson's Lawyers File Request to Dismiss DUI

Mel Gibson's lawyers have requested that his conviction following a 2006 DUI arrest be dismissed.

A hearing in the matter is scheduled for October 6 in Malibu, California, which is where the actor was arrested.

  • How terribly unfair-i mistakenly got a DUI but cannopt get rid of it. Even though it was wrong I did everything I was supposaed to, except buy a device for my car(i do not have a car or the money because I haven't been able to get a job because of DWI. It has ruined my life.It sickens me that Mr. Gibson can get off so easily.
