First Lady Michelle Obama will reportedly be spending a sunny day on "Sesame Street."

Mrs. Obama will appear on the 40th anniversary season of the children's TV show to encourage kids to eat healthy food, Reuters reports. On Nov. 10, the first lady will plant a vegetable and fruit garden on the White House grounds during her "Sesame Street" segment.

"All these seeds need to grow are sun, soil and water. If you eat these healthy foods, you're going to grow up to be big and strong, like me," Obama says on the show, according to Reuters. "I know you're going to like these vegetables, because in addition to being healthy, they really taste great!"

Other celebs to make guest appearances on the kids show include actresses Cameron Diaz, Eva Longoria-Parker, British comedy actor Ricky Gervais and Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant.

  • Good for Michelle! She's a great first lady and is top on the list of most influential women. Good to see she is more concerned about children and Americans then George W. or Laura Bush could ever hope to be!
