American Idol Runner Up Getting Married

His career will never be as fruitful as Kelly Clarkson but at the very least, Justin Guarini’s love life seems to have held up better than hers. The American Idol runner up married his high school sweetheart this past weekend near their hometown in Pennsylvania. The pair had a spiritual service in which they have written their own vows and had ternative string quartet playing a song selection from the likes of Radiohead, Paramore and Peter Gabriel. The wedding was an intimate family affair which was attended by only a few close family and friends, including the singer’s new wife’s 4-year old daughter from a previous relationship.
