I am more of a cat fan than a dog lover, but what the heck is Kate Beckinsale doing to the cute little pooch?

Didn’t she know she was in public?

Doesn’t she know how to walk the dog?

If the dog is jittery, wouldn’t it have been better to carry the dog in a dog carrier or heck… even your purse.

I can’t speak to what happened before or after this moment, but this moment doesn’t look good!
