Katy and Russell Hold Hands Katy Perry has been seen with Russell Brand all over Paris, reports PEOPLE, and the two of them have been looking pretty cozy, too. Katy, who is in the City of Lights catching fashion shows, was joined by Russell for partying, schmoozing, and show-watching. They seem to be very much an item, onlookers report, and even showed up at the John Galliano show hand-in-hand.
