What's With Spencer Pratt's Cowboy Hat?

Spencer Pratt thinks he's a cowboy It's a question everyone wants answered. Why is Spencer Pratt wearing that stupid cowboy hat around all the time? He looks absolutely ridiculous walking around LA in that hat and his friends all seem to agree. Why isn't wife Heidi Montag making him take it off?
