I’m a little surprised Michael Moore’s Capitalism: A Love Story hasn’t done so well at the box office, it’s only made $9.0 million since being released three weeks ago. Looks like America may be growing tired of his anti-government movies.
Here’s a look at estimated weekend box office ticket sales Oct. 9th through Oct. 11th according to Box Office Mojo:
1. Couples Retreat: $35.3 million
2. Zombieland: $15.0 million
3. Coudy With a Chance of Meatballs: $12.0 million
4. Toy Story/Toy Story 2 (3D): $7.6 million
5. Paranormal Activity: $7.0 million
6. Surrogates: $4.1 million
7. The Invention of Lying: $3.3 million
8. Whip It: $2.8 million
9. Capitalism: A Love Story: $2.7 million
10. Fame (2009): $2.5 million
