Christie Brinkley's attorney, Peter Coronia, told "The Insider" in a statement that his client is "completely vindicated."

The model and her ex-husband Peter Cook were scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday to settle a dispute regarding custody issues with their children. Cook filed a motion, requesting that Brinkley "undergo anger management, for the appointment of a parenting coordinator, and for the children's passports to be held by a third party."

Coronia says that none of these requests are included in the settlement agreed upon by both parties. Brinkley has withdrawn her counterclaims to Cook's allegations "in an effort to put this all behind her."

She hopes that she and Cook can progress forward for the benefit of their children.
