Clive Owen and Catherine Keener are 'Trust'-worthy

Clive Owen and Catherine Keener will star in 'Trust.' The dark drama is to be directed by David Schwimmer, according to Variety.

This is not the first directorial gig for the "Friends" star. He also called the shots for 'Run Fatboy Run.'

'Trust' follows parents, played by Owen and Keener, who find out their 14-year-old daughter has been victimized by a sexual predator on the internet. The predator poses as a teenager in a chat room.

According to Variety, upcoming actress Liana Liberato has been cast to play the young girl. Shooting is scheduled to commence on November 9 in Michigan.

Keener's latest film, 'Where the Wild Things Are,' hits theaters on Friday, October 16.
