Larry Birkhead Sets the Record Straight About Reality Show

Larry Birkhead -- father to the late Anna Nicole Smith's 3-year-old daughter Dannielynn -- reveals how he plans to testify in the criminal case against attorney Howard K. Stern, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who are being charged on counts of conspiracy to furnish the late Smith with drugs.

"What I could testify to is the timeline before she died and what was going on in people's heads. ... I guess the coming and going of different people around her," Birkhead told "Today" show host Matt Lauer.

Birkhead said he attempted several times to talk to the former Playboy model and Stern about her drug use. "There's several times and attempts I made and conversations. The thing is and what's so odd about this situation is when you said something to Anna ... she referenced you back to the bottles with the doctor's names on it. So, you found some comfort basically that a doctor is prescribing this and there was someone, supposed to be, having the right mind to be in charge of this."

Following a custody battle in 2007 with Stern -- where Birkhead proved he was the father of Dannielynn -- Birkhead said he is now on good terms with the attorney. "He's become friendly and we work together on Anna's estate."

  • The most important piece of this puzzle is Dannielynn. She is all that matters now and a health upbringing. Larry just needs to keep his head on straight.

  • Don't trust that Stern, he is a leach and doesn't want to work , he like to leach off people....hes a horrible person, and after he said he was the father of the baby, how could larry even look at him again!!!

  • Birkhead lied about Stern in Florida courtroom and tabloids and became rich and famous in the process.Stern's lawyers have an evidence to prove that, pictures, contracts...Birkhead thought lies under oath are OK, HE WAS WRONG.
