Larry Birkhead Sets the Record Straight About Reality Show

Larry Birkhead, the former boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith and the father of her daughter, has taken the stand in a preliminary hearing.

Three people, Howard K. Stern, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, are being investigated for allegedly illegally supplying Smith with drugs before her 2007 drug-related death.

Birkhead said on the stand Friday that he often saw Smith take drugs such as Methadone and also told the judge that he'd seen Valium and other drugs at her home, according to the Associated Press. He then identified Dr. Kapoor as being Smith's doctor at the time.
