Lindsay Lohan Late To Court; Gets Extra Year of Probation

After arriving an hour-and-a-half late to her court date, a Los Angeles judge tacked on another year to Lindsay Lohan's current three-year probation.

According to People, Lohan's court date was for a progress review in her two DUI cases.

One issue that was discussed was Lohan's probation violation for failing to notify instructors of an alcohol management class that she wouldn't be attending while out of the country for work.

"I ordered you into court today because I wanted to speak to you directly," the judge told her. "I don't want to get any more notices again, no warrants ... where you're thumbing your nose at the court."

The judge went on to tell Lohan that she could face jail time if she failed to comply with the terms of her probation.

  • It's ok she can be late. Lindsey does what ever she wants to do. In fact I didn't even know she was on parole the way she seems high and drunk all the time. Lindsey live her life doing what every she wants. The legal system is a joke concerning her.

  • SERVES HER RIGHT. SHE WAS NEVER THAT CUTE OR THAT GOOD EVEN AS A KID. SHE SEEMS TO THINK SHE IS ABOVE THE LAW. HOPE SHE ENDS UP IN JAIL. MAYBE SHE WILL GET THE REALITY CHECK SHE NEEDS.
