The "duplicative" warrant documents related to the raid of Michael Jackson's former personal physician's Las Vegas home, office and storage unit may be unsealed, according to a report.

Citing court documents, the Associated Press reports that prosecutors say they are not opposed to releasing any new warrant documents in the homicide investigation, though a Clark County district attorney is reportedly set to tell a Nevada Judge on Monday that the Los Angeles Police Department is opposing the unsealing of the papers because it is part of an ongoing investigation.

A Clark County District Court judge is scheduled to hear from the district attorney as well as lawyers representing media outlets on Monday in regards to the unsealing of the documents. The doctor's home was raided on July 28.
