'Amelia' Takes Flight at NY Premiere

Stars such as Mariska Hargitay and Harry Connick, Jr. spread their wings to embrace the launch of the film 'Amelia' Tuesday night in New York.

Chronicling the true-life story of the aviation icon Amelia Earhart, Oscar winner Hilary Swank plays the lead role. She is joined on screen and the tarmac of the theater by Richard Gere and Ewan McGregor.

'Amelia' flies into theaters on October 23.
