Michael Jackson's Lawyers Requesting Special Administrator Rights

John Branca and John McClain, lawyers for Jackson's estate, have filed an application requesting that they be appointed as special administrators and be given general powers, granting them limited authority to administer the estate.

"Despite any claims to the contrary, we are confident Michael Jackson’s will is valid, that he signed it and that it reflects his wishes," Howard Weitzman, attorney for John Branca and John McClain, said in a statement. "All three witnesses listed on the will recall being present when Michael signed it."

  • protect the money for the kids cause joe jackson will spend it all and kathryn can't stand up to him for god sacks she sat back and watched joe beat those kids their whole life what the hell is that (bad mother) why are poeple so afraid to speak the truth she was a sad excuse of a mother I feel bad for his kids. michael was on drugs what negative effect did that have on them those poor kids are messed up for life so sad

  • This man will never rest in peace at all. In his life he had legal legal issues now in death it seems he still have legal issues, are they ever going to let his poor soul rest in peace...seriously they need to leave him alone he is no longer there to speak and defend himself!!!!

  • Hey Insider! Jon Gosselin's lawyer is SOL. The lawyer who was sponsoring Heller filed the paperwork today to withdraw his support. Jon is going to court Monday with who now? People have to go to other websites to get information.
