Justin Timberlake Secures Restraining Order Against Accused Stalker

"The Insider" has obtained the temporary restraining order Justin Timberlake has secured against an accused stalker.

Karen McNeil, 48, is accused in the papers of being "an obsessed mentally unstable celebrity stalker" who, on Thursday, allegedly trespassed onto Timberlake's property and attempted to enter his home, "claiming that she knew him, was a friend and that he was expecting her inside."

The papers say Timberlake doesn’t know McNeil and they’ve never spoken. The documents also claim McNeil tried to gain access to his home on at least three separate occasions.

She’s been ordered to keep at least 100 yards away from him, and a court hearing is scheduled for the morning of Nov. 9.
