Jon Gosselin's lawyer may have spoken too soon. Friday afternoon Jon Gosselin's lawyer claimed that Jon had paid all of the $180,000 that he owed per a Pennsylvania court arbitration for having withdrawn that amount from a joint bank account that he shared with Kate Gosselin. Kate's lawyer, however, is singing a different tune.

  • Jon can't sue for breach of anything. His lawyer spoke up Friday and lied about Jon having paid all the money back.
    He will just be throwing money away because he will have to pay cost of court and lawyers fee.
