D.A. Requests More Info in Heene Case

The District Attorney's Office in Larimer County, CO, has requested additional information in the investigation of "Balloon Boy" parents Richard and Mayumi Heene.

On Monday, Oct. 26, the Larimer County Sheriff's office turned their investigative findings over to the District Attorney's Office in regards to the "Balloon Boy" incident of Oct. 15, 2009.

Following which, the DA requested additional information prior to making its charging decision in the case.

No further comment will be made by the office, per the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct, Rules 3.6 and 3.8, until a decision has been made.
