Rumor Report: Jonas Brothers Breakup?

Rumors are circulating that the Jonas Brothers are breaking up.

The bros spoke out to their fans in a blog posted Wednesday saying that while it's true Nick Jonas is working on a side project, their family trio is not going separate ways.

"We plan to make music together for as long as we can," the brothers write.

"We’ve said from the beginning of our career as the Jonas Brothers that anything we do outside of the group is a side project because you can’t break up brothers," Nick added. "My brothers are my biggest supporters, and were on the phone with me everyday while I was in the studio asking how it was going, and telling me they couldn’t wait to hear the record." His new band, Nick Jonas & the Administration, is releasing an album next year.

Joe and Kevin chimed in, saying, "We are so proud of our brother Nick. We know that we will be doing music together for the rest of our lives. But we are thrilled for you to hear these songs that were on his heart."

  • just another boy band.....they will never break up.....but they can go their seperate ways. Life is full of choices, and if you ask me The Jonas Brothers coming together resulted in an outlet for them to show their many different talents and abilities, individually as well as a group, over all I think they are pretty cool.

  • The Jonas Brothers are the best band in the world. I can not believe that you do not like them. They are so awesome. Guess you don't think so and that is okay because we all have different opinions so you like what you like. But just to tell you I went to one of their concerts in St.Louis and they were awesome there too. They even talked to the crowd to get us excited, but I do not like Jordin Sparks very much or Honor Society because they took up like on hour just to preform before the Jonas Brothers. So who cares we all like different things. We should not take anything out on people just because of their opinions, but you probably wanted to make a lot of Jonas Brother fans upset like me. But who cares because if that is the truth good for you other people like the Jonas Brothers or it could be you just don't like them because your older then they are and that is okay too.
