'This Is It' opened to rave reviews and much fanfare, with audiences overwhelmingly impressed at the spectacular tribute to Michael Jackson in what was to be his final concert series.

Despite being hailed by critics and fans alike, some are saying the movie is cashing in on the singer's legacy -- and that the rehersal footage, never intended for theaters, is not what a well-known perfectionist like Michael would have wanted the world to see.

If here were alive, do you feel the King of Pop would have been protesting or celebrating the release of 'This Is It'?

  • Michael would not approve for his work that not yet finish or meet his standard if he still here. Kenny made the film looks really good and present how genius of Michael and the way of THIS IS IT ..see "for the fans" Michael would approve it finally...

  • Michael was a perfectionist. He would've wanted people to see the finished product, which 'This Is It' is not. But I really don't care. I think his fans really needed the closure.

  • I do not think that MJJ would approve of This Is It.As one of his biggest fans that has followed him since the beginning of his career he wouldn't approve of alot of things that's going on about him right now.

  • hmmm if MJ was alive how would've liked 2 do th concerts 1st.. but he may relaese a smilar movie becuz it would've been his last stage preformance he always released dvds of his concerts.. but we will never knw!!
