Evangeline Lilly said she’s a bit of a “loner”
Lost star Evangeline Lilly said she’s a bit of a “loner” and has never been a sociable person.

The 30-year-old actress plays the role of Kate Austen in the island drama, and she admitted she is happy with her own company.

She said: “I have been a loner since I was 12 years old, so I’ve never been social. My social life is very limited, but that’s how I want it.

“My personal life has never been very exciting or interesting. I’m fine with being solitary.”

Evangeline is dating British actor and former Lost co-star Dominic Monaghan, and she said she can’t imagine herself married.

She said: “It’s a real struggle for me. I’m very independent, and I do very well on my own and I don’t get lonely. I love it.”
