Oprah Winfrey and George Clooney are among the A-list guests who’ve visited the White House since President Barack Obama and his family moved in last January.

The Obama administration has released the names of 500 individuals (out of the reported tens of thousands) who’ve dropped by the current first family’s home, and other prominent figures on the list include Oscar-winner Denzel Washington, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates and the late Sen. Edward Kennedy, says MSNBC.com.

Michael Jordan and Michael Moore visited as well -- but they're not the celebs those names are usually associated with, says the White House.

  • Obama needs to spend time doing what he was elected to do, not hob knobing with all these Hollywood types. This is typical Obama style. The economy is bad, we are in a war, geesh!
