Ryan Seacrest is opening up about how he's doing following Friday's arrest of his accused stalker."Thanks, I am fine," Seacrest wrote on his Twitter page, responding to someone who wanted to know if he was alright.
Yesterday, the "American Idol" host was granted a restraining against Chidi Benjamin Uzomah Jr., who is accused in the court papers of stalking, harassing and violently pursuing Seacrest for the past two months.
