ET spoke to the two keynote speakers after the event. Rabbi Shmuley explained why he and Jon used this platform to spread their message. He said, "For Jon Gosselin to courageously and boldly take responsibility for his actions and admit that many of them contravene many [facets] of his own internal value system and to apologize for them was not only courageous, it was phenomenal progress and I hope that it will inspire other husbands in the same situation to do the same thing."
The spiritual advisor said, "When you have eight children, they require a lot of time at the best of times. And if they're going through some of the worst of times, I think that the kids really need that priority."
Jon wanted to come forth to let people know that "I'm a human being and I'm not to be treated as a character ... I want to let the world know that I am going to change, but my actions will speak louder than words."
The dad of eight felt it "was the righteous thing to do" to come clean. He found the experience "seemed to open up the doors to my emotions, which is a rarity because I don't talk about my emotions too much."
Jon made his relationship status with Hailey Glassman clear, saying, "We're going on a break, but we still talk to each other every single day ... We will always be best friends, but we're just going on a break to settle things in our families' lives."

Kate's...She seems to be left with more to deal with.
Jon's...Kate did seem like a very controlling wife.
