Exclusvie: Paris Hilton's Argument with Boyfriend 'Grossly Misrepresented'

Paris Hilton's rep is setting the record straight, following tabloid reports that Hilton and boyfriend Doug Reinhardt got into a physical argument on Halloween that led to her phone being thrown out the window.

 

Hilton's rep tells ET that the reports from Saturday night have been "grossly misrepresented" and "blown out of proportion by the paparazzi."

The socialite's rep explains Paris' side of the story, saying, "Doug had thrown Paris’ phone to a friend inside the car and it went out of the window by accident. Paris was annoyed with Doug because she was afraid that the paparazzi would get her phone. There was never a choking incident. The photographs show Doug asking Paris not to go back outside and to calm down."

The couple was spotted dressed as fairies at Heidi Klum's 10th Annual Halloween Party on Saturday night. Paris tweeted about the evening, writing, "Tonight was amazing! Had the best Halloween ever! Loves it!"
