Mariah Carey in one-piece Swimsuit in Malibu

Mariah Carey admits that currently she is not in the best shape, but she isn’t afraid to strut around in a one-piece swimsuit. Even after gaining few pounds. She is clearly feeling confident with her hourglass curves.

The 40 year singer flaunted her figure sporting a satin leotard with plunging neckline as she frolicked on the beach while shooting a video for her next single, H.A.T.E.U, Wednesday in Malibu, Calif. The video is due for release in the New Year.

Check out her tummy, looks like she is have a surprise gift. But she denies rumors that she and husband Nick Cannon are expecting their first baby together.

Carey was asked on Wednesday’s "Larry King Live" if she is expecting, the singer said: "Right now? I’m going to take a swig of my scotch and let you know. Being pregnant would be the happiest thing in my life, but what I’m saying is right now with this movie [Precious] coming out, with the next few singles from the album and those things that I’m doing, I need to focus on that because I cannot do the having-a-child thing halfway."

During the photoshoot as she ran around the beach posing & singing for the promo, she narrowly avoided a wardrobe malfunction as her breast came dangerous close to falling out of her skimpy beachwear. She also changed into a better-fitting white swimsuit with cut-out sides which complemented her honey tan.

However it appeared the clingy costume didn’t prove quite enough support for her famously ample cleavage. She really needs to shed down heavily, though she compliments herself, but the fact is she is looking like a pig.
