Beth Ditto’s date with a man:

Apparently, it did happen, it’s a real fact… what’s even more interesting is that Beth Ditto went through with it simply because she thought the man in question was gay. Beth Ditto related the following: “I started to hate the friends of my girl friends and was really jealous. I realized that I don’t fancy men. I went out with a boy for three years when I was at school but I was actually just dating him because I thought he was gay.” What happened when she found out he wasn’t? More importantly, how did Beth Ditto find out he wasn’t gay? How come nobody thinks about asking these questions?
