Did Ex-Chicago Cub Star Sammy Sosa Bleach His Skin?
Ex-Chicago Cubs slugger Sammy Sosa is fueling speculation that he bleached his skin after being photographed recently in Las Vegas looking several shades lighter than usual. Compounding Sammy's drastically altered appearance are the green contacts he was sporting in the above AP Photo. Experts speculate that Sosa either bleached his skin or is suffering from the skin condition vitiligo. But Sammy's friend says his lightened complexion is merely due to cosmetic skin resurfacing. "He's not trying to be Michael Jackson," says former Cubs employee and Sosa friend Rebecca Polihronis. "He is going through a rejuvenation process for his skin."
